Our Organization
Our model, although sophisticated in many ways is rather simple. We first minister to the whole of man, which means we provide the spiritual and basic human needs to lift individuals wherever they start off on their journey to success. Then, we provide the training and skills necessary to compete in today's global economy. Next, we provide a pathway to employment and the economic engine to then go back and help fund those initial human programs. This self-contained, interconnected model is the hallmark of the World Campus ecosystem.

We have big aspirations at World Campus, and we need each and every person who has a heart for people to join us in our quest to improve the human condition, upskill our workforce, and provide opportunity for every qualified person.
These ambitious and lofty objectives necessitated an equally robust organizational structure. To that end, we created three distinct entities that not only aligned with our foundational pillars of faith, learning, and service, but it also created the framework by which we carry out separate, but related missions. Each organization is responsible for a specific part of the overall vision of World Campus.
